We always strive to get your goods to you in perfect condition and without any defects but sometimes goods or products need to be returned. We will not accept returned goods if it has been used or if it is outside the 30-day return period.
Notifying us of any issue
If your goods are unwanted you will need to notify us as soon as possible within 14 days of purchase. Your order must be sent back to us within 21 days of delivery. We do not cover the cost of sending your order back to us and are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order.
If your goods are faulty/damaged you will need to notify us as soon as possible within 30 days of purchase.
You can call us to discuss your problem but the best way to make us aware of any issue is by putting it in writing and sending it over to us via email.

- Problem / Query with your order
- Order information
Returning your goods
A member of our team will co-ordinate with you on an individual basis.
If we need you to return your goods, please ensure it is returned in brand new condition and in its original packaging.
